 Chefs Unlimited is currently sourcing a Malaysian / Chinese Head Chef to open a new Chinese Restaurant with in Dubai.

The Restaurant is part of huge complex in Dubai has 15 F&B outlets plus Spa Facilities. 

The Chinese Restaurants concept will be a up market & contemporary ( Trendy ) and will be an open kitchen concept.

The Ideal candidate would presently be a Chef de Cuisine or Sous chef with new generation Chinese food back ground and trendy presentation. 

The ideal candidate should : - 

30-40 yrs old Approx

Have an extensive knowledge of Cantonese / Shanghai Cuisine

Be determined to train local chefs in the art of Cantonese / Shanghai Cuisine

Be patient and prepared to be living in remote country

Be prepared for a two year contract in Dubai.

Salary USD per month tax free

Accommodation provided

30 days annual leave with annual return ticket of the origin
